Property Location

This investment property is located in the regency of Tejakula, on the north east coast of Bali. In 2010, PT Poinciana was founded by the sister and brother team of Nyoman & Made. And in 2012, the adjacent land was developed. The expansion saw the addition of six more villas, a private 4 bedroom house, laundry facilities, a spa treatment centre, front office and reception area, a retail shop, yoga space, a new kitchen and an additional swimming pool. Beach Villas – With their prime location, the 2 Beach Villas, located closest to the beach, each have one double bed, en-suite,
air-conditioning, coffee and tea making facilities, mini-bar and spectacular sea views.
Garden Villas – nestled among the tropical flora of the Poinciana gardens, our two Garden Villas each have an en-suite, air conditioning,coffee and tea making facilities and mini-bar. One garden villa is a 2-storey, 2 bedroom villa with one room with queen bed and one with twin beds. The other Garden Villa is a one room bungalow with a queen bed.
Paradise Villa – The two-storey Paradise Villa has a large upstairs, sea view balcony and spacious patio on the main floor overlooking its own private courtyard. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor and a third bedroom on the second floor, each room with double beds, their own en-suite, air-conditioning, coffee and tea making facilities, and mini-bar.
Family Villa – The Family room consists of a main ‘master’ bedroom with a double bed, its own en-suite, air-conditioning, coffee and tea making facilities, mini-bar and lounge area. There are also two other bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, the other has twin beds. Both of these bedrooms have their own en-suite, air conditioning, coffee and tea making facilities, mini-bar and open up onto their own, separate lounge area.
Water Lily Villa – The Water Lily Villa has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, each with their own en-suite, air-conditioning, coffee and tea making facilities, mini-bar and terraces overlooking the main swimming pool.

The staff will have to have their contracts re-negotiated by the new owner.
